HJR 31                                                                       
The Speaker added a House Special Committee on World Trade and                 
State/Federal Relations referral to precede the Finance referral to the        
following:                                                                     
                                                                               
HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 31                                                 
Urging the United States Congress to consider and enact                       
legislation to revise the Internal Revenue Code to levy a flat tax.            
                                                                               
HJR 31 was removed from the Finance Committee and sent to the                  
House Special Committee on World Trade and State/Federal Relations,            
with a Finance Committee referral to follow.
